The other bedroom is currently rented by a very nice, quiet, respectful and responsible gentleman who works full time. Sometimes He goes out of town to work several days at a time during the month. He has been living here for almost 1 year with no issues or problems and he is very easy to get along with. He prefers to share this suite with another gentleman. My nice tenant that left lived here for 4 years. He moved back to Toronto to start a new job. Many out of town/country students and workers have lived in our friendly home happily. Within 5 to 10 minutes walk to Parks, Community centre, Safeway, London drugs, grocery stores coffee shops, many different restaurants, dentist, medical clinic, banks etc… It’s a Safe and desirable area with friendly neighbours.
