Fully furnished -- perfect for a female student (local or international), who seeks a safe place to study and relax. Just a few minutes walk to 41st Avenue where 41 or R4 Express bus heading west to UBC, and Oakridge Skytrain Station (Canada Line); heading east to Joyce Skytrain Station (Expo Line). A large park is across the road - with jogging areas and a small pond. You can also walk about 10 minutes to many shops and restaurants. Wi Fi and Laundry access (2 loads a week) are included. You only pay 15% on Hydro and Gas bills (current yearly average: about $35 a month). If you can stay at least 5 months, cook mild and simple low-fat meals, please share a bit about yourself.
