| AVAILABLE Now or June 1st We have one nice clean furnished room with a double-sized bed for this date (all linens provided). The rent is $650/month, a special summer discounted rent that will return to its normal price in September. It includes cable (*in living room), internet and a shared phone, but not a proportional share of hydro and gas, and a $20 household kitty fee (*paper towels/toilet paper/napkins/dish soap/hand soap/tin foil/saran wrap, etc.) Present renters are students/young working professionals in their 20s. The current renter(s) would prefer others in the same age range. Not a work/live situation. There is a large kitchen, use of the living room/outdoor patio/2 bathrooms, etc. You would be sharing with a friendly, quiet roommates and a live-in Caretaker. Room comes complete with chiropractic bed/linens/desk/chair/nightstand/light, decent sized closet and a solid core locking door. All furniture and a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans etc. provided. It is also expected that each person do a chore a week to keep the house clean. Bike storage is provided and also please NOTE : 10 minute walk to the bus but a short 10 minute bus to UBC loop or to shopping, 25 to 35 mins to downtown... Bus loop with many destinations at Dunbar.
