Rent: $660 Available date: May 1st (minimum 2 months) Room size: 3.1 x 2.7 m (90 sqft) + closet Furnished: single size bed, bedding, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, dresser, etc. Current housemates: 2 Indians, 1 Canadian, 1 Korean, 1 English, 1 Indonesian, 1 Filipino (males/females and students/workers mixed) (average age: late 20s or around 30) Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, hydro, laundry (washing machine & dryer), cleaning items (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.) Address: 8095 St George St, Vancouver, BC V5X3S4 Shopping: it's very convenient because Superstore is located nearby (about a 5 min walk), and T&T Supermarket is at the SkyTrain station.
