The townhouse is in a great location, on the corner of Fraser St. and 31st Ave. There is a bus stop a one minute walk away, and a Starbucks and No Frills a two minute walk away. Since this is a townhouse, you get the advantage of a private entrance, a small private backyard, and no neighbours above or below you to create noise. Recently renovated, with many built in units, such as the entrance closet and shoe rack, wall mounted entertainment unit, and wall to wall wardrobe cabinets in the master bedroom. This creates a very efficient utilization of space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as coin operated laundry in the parkade, which is helpful if you're washing something especially dirty or large! Two small pets are possible depending on the pet. The renter is responsible for their own internet, and electricity utilities.
