| Available June 1st 2 bed (I'm in one) and 1 bath with shared kitchen, balcony and living room. washer and dryer are not in house but there are some in the building. There is an elevator and underground parking available if needed. Location is very close to all the stores you might want and it is a 2 min walk to the train station. You are also a 2 min walk away from bars right on the water and the bike path that goes around false creek. I'm 22(male) and I'm usually working from my computer at home or out at occasionally at appointments. I'm a pretty chill guy and I keep to my self, But that being said it would be preferred if we got along. I like to bike, ski play video games and I love music. I'm originally from Calgary AB but have been here for almost 2 years now. The pets thing is negotiable also. I am 420 friendly but not Tabaco friendly. Rent is 1050 without utilities or internet. With the current internet in the place and the bc hydro/energy bill the added cost for those is roughly 35(internet)+30ish(hydro) per month.
