Just a few blocks away from both Parkgate and Dollar Shopping Centers which have a variety of shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and medical services etc. There currently is one tenant who is a first responder with the Vancouver Fire Department. She has furnished the suite beautifully. You have a choice of having your room furnished or unfurnished. If you are a neat and tidy person this is the place for you, as the current tenant keeps the place immaculate. The reason the ad is being placed is because the other tenant is moving out on Feb 28, 2025. It is anticipated that the partner of the current tenant will move in later this year, in which case your rent would be lowered, in the meantime your share of the $3,800 rent would be $1,900 per month + 1/4 utilities as the utilities are shared 50%-50% with the basement suite.
