| Fully furnished studio apartment near UBC available for a 4-month sublet (May to August) with possibility of extension. I’m looking for a tidy and responsible person/couple to look after the apartment from May 1 to August 31, with the possibility of extension until December. Please note the following before messaging: Smoking/vaping is prohibited. Pets and parties are not allowed. The apartment comes fully furnished, and there is no storage for extra furniture. Small furniture can be brought but the original furniture must remain in the unit and be kept in good condition throughout the sublet. Rental price is for one occupant and includes WiFi + all utilities except for laundry which is coin-operated. Damage deposit is half of monthly rent.
