| Room available in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse on the SE corner of 8th Ave E and Clark. It's a large bedroom with a full ensuite washroom. The room itself has a walk-through closet and a solarium with large bay windows, as well as a bed and mattress if desired. The common area has a spacious living room, an additional solarium with a bed in it for guests, a full kitchen with storage, and a large, privately accessed rooftop patio with patio furniture and a garden that's wonderful for summertime hosting. A washer and dryer are included in the unit. Free street parking available. We have our own private storage locker and bike storage room located in our underground. Your roommates would be two guys, one in his early twenties and one in his early thirties, who are professional, fun, and courteous. We're both outgoing and promote an environment of being friends as much as roommates. One of us has been here for over five years and the other for two, and we both love this place.
