The bedroom is located on the main floor of our house. The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms all together (1500 sqft). 2 of the 3 are occupied by young female working professional/Student in early to late 20's. The house is located Main and 30th easy access to downtown and UBC. #3 Main bus stop is 2 minutes away across the street. #33 UBC is 5 min away. The available bedroom has its own lock on the door, laminate flooring, furnished queen size bed (display bedding is optional), desk, desk chair, desk lamp, 2 night table, dresser , side dresser and 2 closets, tv with 2 remote, heater tower, fan tower. Included in the rent is wifi, tv, utilities, heat/hydro, shared living room, and shared bathroom with one other female and kitchen with 2 female tenant. Laundry is available in the house scheduled usage. Free Street front parking when available. NO bicycles in the house; no storage for bicycle. The area is close to Queen Elizabeth Park, Hillcrest Community Centre (2 blocks), McDonald's, Nesters's Grocery, CIBC, coffee shops 2 blocks away. The price is $1,475.00 and requires half rent damage deposit for damage and refundable upon moveout inspection for no damages and clean room. Standard 1 month notice required for move out. NO drugs including marijuana, wild partying, illegal activities, other pets or smoking in the house, no additional guest, quiet time 10pm. Participate in recycling and cleaning in common areas. No couples. Damage deposit and first month rent is required to be paid in advance to hold the room to confirm genuine interest. The rental is expected to be at 1 year minimum.
