The Room The available room is located downstairs and comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, table, TV, desk, and nightstand and is newly painted. Location & Amenities You'll love our prime location in the heart of Kitsilano! Excellent Transit Access: Just a 10-minute bus ride to UBC! We're conveniently located off Broadway with quick access to the 4, 7, 9, 14, 84, and 99 bus routes, making your commute a breeze. Walkable Convenience: You'll find both grocery stores and a variety of restaurants within walking distance, perfect for daily errands or a night out. In-suite laundry is also available for your convenience. Rent is $1050 per month, plus shared utilities. Utilities (hydro, gas, and internet) are split equally among all roommates.
