| AVAILABLE JUNE 1st - HANDY PERSON: This is a 2-4+ day minimum per week (during weekdays), part-time (could be full time for the right person), work for rent + salary (hours-dependent) situation; ideal for travelers, part-time workers who can accommodate the work schedule, or active semi-retired applicants. This is a position for an independent contractor. Must be steady, reliable and organized and able to take directions. Can be a student. This is sometimes a stressful job so must have an easy going personality, please. We have 1 furnished room available, sharing a big living room, kitchen and bathroom. Rent is $700, reduced to $650 for helping landlord keep an eye on lower renters, which can be offset in full or in part to exchange for helping around this or other properties, doing yard work/cleaning/pressure washing (on occasion). Driver’s license is a plus, and being somewhat handy is desired but not required. The room comes with all linens/desk/chair/dresser/nightstand etc. and a locking door. To share with nice, respectful working or studying male roommates who are tidy, clean and friendly. Cable, Broadband 300 internet, and local phone included. ** Rent does not include $20 per month for household supplies (WAIVED FOR LEAD RENTER) (toilet paper/napkins/dish soap/ hand soap/paper towels/tin foil and saran wrap etc.), and reasonable share of utilities. No pets, no smokers, no problems with alcohol or drugs. Easy going with the desire to live in a cooperative environment with others. Clean quiet home.
