Current tenants will leave furniture and various kitchen items to be used over the rental period. The house has a low-maintenance garden with flowers and fig trees, and BBQ and patio set in the back yard for relaxing. A short walk or bike ride to Pacific Spirit park, or a 25 minute walk to the beach. Great transit access, close to stop for 25 to UBC or the Canada Line, or 7 to downtown. Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee, pharmacy, sushi restaurant, pubs, London Drugs, pizza, hardware store, BC Liquor store, Dairy Queen, etc. Water is included, other utilities not included (usually $40-80/mo for gas and $20/mo for power).
