We are looking for *maximum 2* responsible, mature tenants who are (ideally) looking for shorter term rentals (up to a year) with a 3 month minimum (mature students, work contracts, travellers, etc). Must be respectful of your noise levels as the house is shared with us, a fun-loving family of 3 who lives in the upper suite. The neighbouring houses have quiet, mature and/or elderly people living in them, so it is not a place for loud/late-night parties. We have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom FURNISHED suite to sublet in the Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood, near Renfrew Skytrain Station (apartment is on 4th Ave). It is on the ground floor. The kitchen and living room are on the southside of the house, so the sunshine pours in (when the clouds aren't in the way), and there is a bit of green space outside your door that is for you to use. There is a closet in each bedroom, and a narrow closet in the hall (vacuum, broom, etc) but this unit has no storage space otherwise. Street parking is available. In-suite laundry and dishwasher. Rent is $2300/month + hydro. Unfortunately, there is a strict no-pet policy here, per the landlord. If you are interested, please share a bit about yourself. |
