| A room for rent beginning NOW or June 1st. ONE person only. On offer is a nice clean furnished room in a large 5 bedroom home, $625/month. This is a special summer discounted rent, and will return to its normal price in September.The rent includes all house furnishings in 2 living rooms, 2 baths, fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/plate ware), eating area. Newly renovated house with roommates (excluding Owner) in their 20s, and they prefer we keep the same demographics. *Rent includes all furnishings, cable, internet, and phone, but excludes a reasonable share of utilities plus $20 per month kitty per person for shared household supplies (toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap, etc.). We are looking for a clean, quiet, friendly renters. Renters are assigned a small weekly household chore and expected to clean up after themselves to help maintain a tidy house. Close to shopping (Buy-Low/No Frills). #8 bus is approx 20-25 mins to downtown and #33 and #41 buses to UBC (30 minutes). Lots of parks, restaurants, library, etc., very close by.
