The suite has a furnished kitchen and laundry space, with an oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, clothes washing machine, and clothes dryer. It is on the ground floor (not a basement), with windows and good lightning. The first four photos are all of the private room. The location is close to a Canada Line station, making it easy to quickly travel downtown. It is close to a community centre and to parks. You would be sharing with one house-mate (me). I am a man, am clean and quiet, and work in universities. The rent includes utilities and the internet. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Illegal drugs are not allowed on the property. The damage deposit is half of the rent, i.e., $450. I will ask for previous landlord references and work references. |
