To share with 2 other female NO SMOKING students in the self-contained suite of a newer Dunbar home. There are already 2 female tenants in place so we cannot bring a male as a third tenant as that would not be appropriate for our existing tenants. (We are getting a lot of requests from people with boyfriends and others that need to overnight visit with the tenant and this is not permitted in this residence, to prevent crowding in the suite and stress on the other tenants .. please do not ask) Room is furnished with bed, desk, chair, drawers, work lamp. The common kitchen area has everything and washer / dryer is included in the suite. Suite is situated in the basement level of a newer home half a block to bus stop with 10 minute access to UBC (from 41st and Dunbar) and fast access to Langara, downtown, Kits, Broadway etc. Quick walk to groceries, bank, post office, community centre and more.
