| Hello! I'm seeking 1 new housemate to share my flat with the other 2 female housemates. They are both very nice, clean and tidy, working professionals. The condo is a cozy flat located in the heart of the city (Davie and Burrard Street) so will be a leisurely stroll to many places in downtown, including the seawall. Davie Street has a wide range of eateries, supermarkets, cafes, stores etc. Move in date: June 1, 2024 (Saturday) Monthly rent is 1,390 / Deposit is half the rent 695 All bills are included in the rent: Telus unlimited high-speed internet and wifi, gas, heating, electricity, water, condo maintenance, so there will be nothing additional It is a fully furnished, very spacious bedroom with large windows: Bed, a large desk and table, swivel chair, bookshelf, sofa, wardrobes, double tier clothes rack and extra closets in the hallway for storage Most bedrooms in downtown are quite small only fitting a bed and bed-stand with no further space. This bedroom is very large and has more than enough space to do yoga or other exercises. I am looking for a reliable, clean housemate who would like to stay long term.
