The bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is in a peaceful corner of the West End, very close to Denman St (restaurants & groceries), Lost Lagoon (beavers & ducklings), and English Bay (beach & sunshine). Rent: $1200 + utilities and internet (~$25) Available: May 1 or April 15 Lease: 1 year Furnishings: Apartment furnished, room unfurnished (with option to purchase furniture from previous roomie) As much as I'd love to share a home with your four legged companions, this building unfortunately only allows humans :( A bit about me: I'm a game designer from South Africa that moved here in 2019 from Norway.
