Wiltshire bus stop (and Angus bus stop) on 49th Avenue are only one minute walk and has very frequent buses going/coming directly to/from UBC and taking only about 20 minutes to UBC; 7-9 minutes to Langara College and 25 minutes to UCW/downtown. The neighbourhood of this home's location is called as Kerrisdale which is a very safe, upscale/posh neighbourhood of Vancouver. Rent is negotiable. The rent of each room is $995. The HOUSE is 4900 Square Feet (on 7,800 sq ft lot) so there is lots of living space on the Main Floor with Two Bathrooms, a very new large kitchen, living room, family room, full Laundry Room and ample outdoor space. The Upstairs BATHROOM is huge: 45 Square Feet (10.5 Feet Length * 4.25 Feet Width). The bathroom has two sinks and is to be shared with one other person of same gender (to be living in the adjoining room). Since the bathroom is to be shared, I will ensure that both rooms are rented either by females or by males. I will not have a male and a female share the washroom unless they are friends from before OR they personally do not mind to share the bathroom with an opposite sex person. These Upstairs BEDROOM are huge. They are on the top floor (and not in the basement) of the house. Bedroom#1: is 179 Square Feet (13.5 Feet Length * 13.25 Feet Width). It is has a Two Very Large Windows and a MASSIVE CLOSET (7 feet wide, 20 Sq Feet). Thermostat with Electronic Temperature Control is inside the room and it allows you to set Room Temperature to your needs. The router for the extremely high speed internet is also located in this room. Bedroom #2: is 161 Square Feet (14 Feet Length * 11.5 Feet Width). It is has a very large Window and a Good Sized Closet. Very bright with lots of natural light, and excellent view of the backyard, from the wind BOTH BEDROOMS ARE FULLY FURNISHED: Queen Size Bed, Desk, Office Chair, Cupboard, book cabinet, sofa, independent personal refrigerator (of decent size big enough for one person's need) ! Most other furnishings requested can also be provided. The whole house has WIRED internet as well as and WIFI internet from the fastest INTERNET available at present (3 gigabyte download and upload speeds) and living area has 56" HD TV's with lots of channels. Besides sharing the main kitchen ( which is quite big) on the main floor (and is shown in the photograph) there is another mini kitchenette on the bedroom floor with microwave, toaster oven, sandwich maker, hot water kettle, mixer etc. Also provided is pantry space outside room for food items not requiring refrigeration. In the kitchen you can use all the pots, pans, cutlery etc already there. Also available for use is the deck area at the back of the house which has sofas to relax on (shown in the photographs). A must see to realise the niceness of the rooms and the associated facilities. Save-On-Foods (a large grocery store) is just four blocks (five minutes walk) away UBC is approximately 20-25 minute bus ride via 49th Avenue Bus. Langara is a 7 minute bus ride via 49th Avenue Bus.
