| Furnished room 12 x 12 with a large desk, night stand, 2 chests of drawers, double bed, dresser with mirror. There is a large window , heater and fan Two other rooms rented on top floor as well as one other on the main floor.........all working males. Room is located at the back of the hose opposite the kitchen. Myself, the owner, has a bedroom / private toilet in the basement level,, and share kitchen sitting room with all. High speed telus internet or wireless in included , as well as light, heat, washer and dryer. The house is cleaned by me bi-weekly, and tenants are only responsible for their own rooms, in addition to leaving anything that they use in the "common areas" in the same clean condition that it was found. Location is just five minte walk up to Fraser street or down to Main Street. On Fraser St. there are manh vegetable markets, library,, Dollar Giant, Starbucks, 24 European coffee/bakery shop and take out foods of many cultures. 24 hr. Tim Hortons on Fraser as well as Main street nearby. Bus line and Canada Line walking distance, as well as Langara college. Twenty minutes to airport via Canada line and bus or walk to Cambie ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS/VAPORS OR PETS. LIGHT COOKING is preferred/ with minimum time in kitchen preparation. No pungent odors or deep frying with greasy oil. Bike to use if needed. A brief introduction of yourself is required before entering the house to view the room. Available June 1st.
