We are looking for full time students/professional working people who are quiet, responsible, respectful, and clean. There is a washer and dryer in suite for sharing. These private rooms can be furnished for individuals as required. The upstairs level is $1,100 per room, and has a $550 deposit. The downstairs level is $1,000 per room, and has a $500 deposit. Includes utilities/ laundry up to 2 loads per week and internet WiFi.
