The suite has a spacious living room, eating area, 2 refrigerators, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer. The room is furnished: bed w/ mattress, desk, chair,dresser, table lamp, built-in closet. Kitchen is fully equipped. Including all utilities, laundry, cable TV, Internet. And cleaning person comes every 2 weeks to clean up common areas. The other roommates are UBC students.
