| 2 bedrooms for rent May 1-August 21 (possibly a few days later) in a 3 bedroom house. Looking for 2 people to sublet my friend and I’s rooms over the summer! The place is furnished, we are leaving pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. as well. Washer and dryer available in unit. Bathroom is shared. The rooms are $950 each, utilities and wifi all included, street parking is available as well as one spot in the driveway. 10-15 minute walk to the 49 bus, 20 minute walk to the 7, 2, R4, 41 and a Save On Foods. We have one other roommate as well who will be here. Just shoot me a message for more pics of the other rooms! !!NOTE!! We are ideally looking for 2 people who know each other quite well. The one caveat of this place is that all three bedrooms are connected - two of the rooms have their own entrance but the middle room can only be accessed through one of the other two (it was a den that was repurposed into a bedroom). I have always lived here with other people that I know and have yet to have any troubles, so if you and a good friend/sibling are looking for a place for the next few months, this is the one for you! |
