The deposit is $288.75 (1/4 of the total rent). The apartment is: - across the street from a laundromat. - across the street from the eastbound and westbound 9, 99, and 8 bus stops. - a seven-minute walk from a major grocery store (Buy-Low Foods). - a 17-minute walk from Broadway-Commercial Station. - smoke-friendly on the balcony, which overlooks the alley parking lot. Ideally, you: - follow recommended social distancing practices. - are reasonably clean, particularly with dishes. - don't wear shoes indoors. - don't leave lights or heat on or doors unlocked when not home. - don't have pets.
