| Beautiful fully furnished private room available in fully furnished spacious house at Fraser st and 48th avenue. Nearest bus:- 49 ( 2 min walk) 20 mins to metrotown and 7 minutes to Langara. 08 bus number 25 minutes to downtown. Grocery stores:- Polo market, Fruiticana, superdrug mart, buy low. Within 5 mins walk. Banks:- CIBC, Scotia, RBC. 1-2 min walk. Gurudwara:- Khalsa Diwan Gurudwara 15 min walk. Mosque:- Fraser community Mosque 2 min walk. Very respectful, clean, and quiet housemates. Furniture in room:- a single bed with very comfortable mattress, study table and chair, a lamp. Used to have a TV but it stopped working now. Utilities are excluded ( divided fairly among house mates). We need someone who is quiet, clean and respectful person.
