| We are seeking preferably female - either student or employed to join our family home. As a family that includes mom, dad, three kids, dog & a hamster - as well as 2 other students (and then you?) we are loud, fun, outgoing, safe, and quiet at the right times even. We are seeking someone who can pay their rent on time, be careful with their space - and be comfortable in our home :) We only ask - no parties, no overnights, and no drugs please. Again, this is a family home. You have a room on the lower level, shared lower space that includes a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink etc. No bath. Laundry is included - it is located in the family area upstairs. You would share the upstairs family kitchen (cupboards space for yourself ) stove, dishwasher etc... You have a shared fridge on your lower level. You are expected to keep your area clean, and thus any area you use just clean up after yourself. We do have small family Dog. And a hamster. We are not accepting any pets for now. The Rent is $750 with a $300 deposit that is refunded upon move out as long as you give month notice and do not destroy property. The deposit is needed before holding the room. The room is available for viewing asap- please text or email me. I only have the pics that I have attached. If you want it unfurnished I can remove those for you. |
