| You will be sharing the unit with 3 other people. The bedroom includes a bed, closet, desk, and chair. The space includes: - 1 washroom - kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, shoe rack, cupboards. Utilities are included(gas, water, electricity, wifi). There is a laundry room on site and will be shared with everyone. Location is a 5 minute walk from 29th ave station as well as a grocery store. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house and another across the street. It will be a fixed term contract for at least 6 months. You must pay a deposit that you will get back at the end of the whole term. Requirements: 1. No wall modifications(drilling holes, nailing decorations, etc) 2. No partying 3.
