| AVAILABLE NOW or SEPT 1ST- Furnished master bedroom (shared bathroom) in a safe, upscale neighborhood. Must not work from home. If you stay 3-5 nights a week, which is preferred, the rent is $700 monthly for commuter, or $800/month for full-time occupancy, plus a proportional share of utilities and $20 household supply kitty (toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, cleaning articles, etc,) in both cases. It comes complete with a queen-size chiropractic mattress (all linens provided), matching cherry wood high boy and lowboy, a good sized closet, bar fridge for your food, hardwood floors, TV with cable, a desk/chair, wireless internet, local telephone and locking door. There is a coin operated laundry on site. This is not a party house and not cannabis friendly. Prefer non smoker and only social drinking OK. We do not want people working from home - you must have a Mon-Fri day job. Note: The Landlord uses the living room area as a home office so a private bedroom, and shared bathroom, kitchen and large rear yard is what's available. |
