We are quiet and easy going and are looking for someone like-minded to share our space. The available room is one of 3 rooms on the upper floor and is suitable for 1 person. It is essential that you are either a student or employed full-time. The rent includes all utilities and high speed wifi. The nearest intersection is 99 Ave. and 128 St. The house is located near all amenities, bus routes and SFU (Surrey Centre) with good connections to Richmond, New Westminster and Vancouver. We require references and a security deposit equal to half month's rent. No smoking allowed inside the house. Unfortunately no pets.
