| I've noticed that ads for room mates are set at a price that's approximately 3/4 of the total rent. You won't get that with me. With me, the costs involved would be divided equally or maybe even a little less that 50% for the right person. The housing market is a huge scam and low income people are being ripped off in a big way. I want to rent a 2 bdrm suite (approx. $1700 and for the right person I could go as high as $1000 for my portion. Then there's extra costs in some places such as WIFI, electricity, etc; so if that adds $100- $150 to the rent, I could pay $1100 leaving my room mate with a rental cost of $700-$800. I want a person that has initiative, who works at least part time. No drug addicts, or criminally minded individuals and absolutely no alcohol (booze makes people stupid). I just want a responsible person, that has at least some level of intelligence, who can pay their rent on time and doesn't have any serious vices. I'm 4/20 friendly but that's all so if you're looking for affordable housing and you have a decent head on your shoulders, this might be a good proposition for you |
