| I have a luxury fully finished private room for rent available June 01st. that would be in my 2bed 2bath apartment. I am looking for the right person to share my space with. Ideal for a student or working professional. Only interested in a single occupent. Rent will include all expenses as well as wifi. The room is fully furnished with brand new TV and desk. Full in suite laundry as well. This is located at the King George Hub 2 building so very close to Skytrain, Shopping, schools, etc... You also have use of the nice gym, meeting rooms, lounges , etc.... Must be a very clean, tidy, and respectful male individual who respects my space and rules of the place. I need a person who does not smoke, do drugs, or into the party scene. There will be a 3 month probation period to be sure of the compatibility. If your interested in the place please message me and tell me about yourself and what your looking for. I can answer any questions you might have and able to send you more photos of the place if your interested. You won't need to bring anything accept your clothing and personal items. There is not alot of room for storage here so not looking for someone who has alot of stuff. The kitchen will be shared but you would have your own bathroom.
