| 1 private bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom ground level basement. 2nd room is occupied by a couple. Wifi & utilities are included. Laundry is also included/once a week. Room is private but bathroom & kitchen will be shared. Room is only available for a single person, preferably female & can’t be shared. Also is unfurnished but we a include single foam mattress if needed. Available January 1st Plz text me a brief introduction & will need references. We are very clean people & looking for a likewise person. Place is close to gateway skytrain station & Scott road station. Around 15 minutes walk. Bus service- 371 & 373 |
