| Nonsharing, private, furnished room on the main floor. $900 including everything, deposit is half of that. Bathroom is shared with 2 other tenants who works in the mine as well and usually goes home on days off. 3 other quiet, long term tenants downstairs with their own bathroom as well. Shared kitchen and laundry. We are looking for someone quiet and clean, would be okay with a minimum of 6 months lease, and preferably with previous landlord reference(s). No smoking, drinking, drugs, parties allowed. Available February 1st. |
