Featuring wooden floors and lots of natural light, this self-contained bachelor suite is 600 sq. ft. inside and includes your own deck and in-suite laundry. Location: -10-minute drive to Metchosin -20-minute drive to Sooke -25-minute drive to Westshore Mall -45-minute drive to downtown Vic -Trails leading into East Sooke Park are close by -15-minute bike ride to the beach -8-minute walk from a small country store and food trucks. Parking space is available for a car, and the 64 bus stop for Langford or Sooke is at the bottom of our driveway. Great option for someone who works in the Westshore or on a hybrid basis. Due to well and septic limits, we're looking for 1 occupant who is quiet, clean, considerate, communicative, and eco-conscious. Please note, it’s a non-smoking property. The suite includes a closet, storage space, new kitchen with microwave, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a couch that transforms into a sofa bed, but is otherwise unfurnished so you can customize to your style. A quiet, well-trained dog is permitted. Rent: $1600 + hydro (40%) Biweekly garbage collection is included in the rent amount. Selected tenant will need to set up their own internet account. Suite is available from November 1st. We’re looking for a longer-term tenant but are open to hearing your needs.
