| Furnished room for rent Renting a room with access to the whole house in shawnigan lake. The rental would be from start till end of July. My wife and daughter are currently away for work purposes. Therefore, the house has extra room that could be useful to house someone for a short term, especially in this market. 1100/month but can be lowered based on agreement to take care of the animals when I go away for work. Looking for: -Working and focused individual, no preference on gender. -Must be clean and pick up after themselves. No dishes left in the sink, must participate in cleaning the common areas. -No pets allowed since I already have 2 dogs. So in line with this, must be comfortable with bigger dogs(2 rottweilers) -All furnished queen bed bedroom(towels and linens not provided) -House is located on 1/2 acres in Shawnigan lake, 16 chickens and 3 outdoor cats on the premises. -Heated and ventilated crawl space to store items if needed. -High speed internet with mesh system( pod located in bedroom) Contact Fred for more details.
