| Hey everyone! We have one room available in a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom basement suite. Rent will be $1040 not including utilities. It comes fully furnished. It will be a 1 year lease starting from August 1st 2025. Subletting is a option. A damage deposit is required which will be $500. There is no parking available. We have a shed for bike storage. There are 4 of us in the suite currently. 3 of us will be going into our second year and 1 of us is going into our fourth year! We are looking for a girl who is friendly, tidy, and responsible! Location: Gordan head 5 min bus ride to uvic 15 min walk to uvic 3 min walk to bus stops(12,27) thriftys, fast food, nails&hair are just a bus ride away!
