| We are a disabled couple offering a cabin for rent in Roberts Creek with waterfront access for the right person(s) with some limited support for the owners. Lovely self-contained 2-bedroom 615 sq/f (partially furnished or unfurnished) cabin, with private 400 sq/f deck, surrounded by high Grand Fir Trees, on Roberts Creek waterfront property shared with owner. Easy walk to village and bus stop in front of house. Available May 15 $1,850/mo plus metered utilities. Privacy: Cabin separated from owners by orchard so feels very private. Eagle nest above cabin. Heated by natural gas fireplace, and natural gas feeds unlimited hot water, 4 burner stove and BBQ. Fully accessible for guests in mobility device. Strong internet signal, with or without cable TV. Limited closet hanging space in master bedroom. Closet in 2nd bedroom occupied by washer-dryer. Master bedroom ideal for Queen bed, not King. 2nd bedroom, single bed or queen. Open space kitchen/dining/living room with lots of sunlight.Three skylights. Support: We are an elderly couple aging-in-place. We have an excellent home-care worker living with us in the main house during week. But we need some additional help for limited, defined, agreed-upon specific tasks to be paid $25/hr. These tasks include some weekend coverage, occasional driving, backup in the event of medical emergencies (has not happened), and perhaps other tasks depending upon tenant skills & interest. This can be an ideal arrangement for someone who works from home and is seeking some additional and flexible employment hours to offset some of rent. It would also work for person (s) working away during the week, but who commit to providing defined weekend help. However, when away weekends, we will arrange other backup help as needed. Tenant(s) must be non-smoking and fully Covid vaccinated and welcoming to a friendly assistance dog.
