This is one private room available in a 3 bedroom shared ground level suite. It is near Bridgeport and McLeod Ave. 15 min walk from Canada Line metro (Bridgeport Station) in Richmond, BC. Walking distance to Sungiven grocery store, Fujiya foods, Tim Hortons, Dollar store. I am a working professional, 42 years old female. I mostly use the space during the day to make aromatherapy products, and candles. I am into gardening, cooking, natural wellness, travelling. Another 30+ yr old female roommate is quiet, and clean. Shared bathroom. No couples, pets. Not a party house. But I may have dinner parties from time to time, you could too. Bbq in backyard for summer good times.
