The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony. Prime location: 3-minute walk to Richmond-Brighouse SkyTrain (25 minutes to Downtown) and a major bus terminal with multiple routes. Steps from Richmond Centre, Public Market, and PriceSmart. Shared spaces include the living area, kitchen, balcony, and storage with a cleaning schedule in place. One parking spot is available (current roommates don’t drive). Building amenities include a pool, sauna, and gym. Cats are allowed. Rent is $1400 per month, excluding utilities (internet ~$20 and electricity extra). A half-month deposit is required.
