| Hello, We are looking for quiet, individuals for our cozy 3 bedroom duplex. 1750$ per month + utilities. 1 year lease required. Available mid June. Located in town, near transit, hospital, CNC and the beautiful Cotton wood trail system. 2 bedrooms, one bath up and basement is mostly unfinished but does have one bedroom and bathroom with lots of storage. There is a shared yard which tenants are responsible to maintain (lawn mower provided). Each side of duplex has their own private driveway, that can accommodate 2 vehicles, snow removal is responsiblility of tenant. Stove, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer included. No smoking or partying. References and proof of employment is required. Small pet can be discussed with pet deposit.
