| Available now :) I'm the home owner, I rent out 2 bedrooms so there will be 3 of us total and we all share the communal spaces. The other roomie is only here for 2 weeks at a time every 4 weeks. We’d love to welcome you in if you are a conscious, clean, respectful, friendly, helpful & easygoing person that will align with the cozy, chill, and sometimes funky and fun vibe of the home. Someone that appreciates the benefits of communal living and is independently doing their own thing but may be down to come together sometimes for chats, meals, fires, creative endeavors, etc. We're in a really nice neighbourhood on the south end of town with a ton of hiking and biking trails nearby! It's beautiful and peaceful out here. I don't drink much anymore but I do love having people over for dinners/potlucks, games nights, fires, just to chill and chat, as well as do witchy stuff like moon ceremonies, card readings, and anything to do with spiritual growth. It doesn’t happen often but I do love hosting and you are welcome to join us! Also, I turned the basement into a little sanctuary for yoga, meditation, dance, etc. and I may be hosting small moon ceremonies down there :) Our spacious home includes: Upstairs - living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, main bath with shower, and 3 bedrooms (mine, the 2nd room for rent, and an office/guest bedroom) Downstairs - laundry room, spiritual sanctuary, 2 piece washroom, and 4th bedroom. Outside: a bright sunroom and sunny patio with cozy furniture in a nice backyard fully fenced with garden beds, greenhouse, fruit trees, fire pit, compost and maybe chickens someday! House is furnished but your room is up to you. Upstairs bedroom is a nice size with a closet, natural light, dark curtains, and the main bathroom is pretty much yours except we share the shower. Also very peaceful as you don't hear the road traffic on the back side of the house. Rent is $900/month all bills included. $450 Security Deposit. Open to making a deal for help with things like reno’s, pet care, etc. Help with overall cleanliness is expected and much appreciated! And it's a lot less work for all when we team up! I have lots of plants, rocks, crystals, random art and photos around the house. I make homemade sourdough, baked goods, kombucha and other things that I love to share and the water cooler is always full of fresh delicious spring water. And there's going to be tons of yummy, fresh, organic food coming out of the garden soon! Must like animals :) I have an older Lab Shepherd, an adorable Lab puppy and an indoor/outdoor cat. And the other roomie has a super sweet Lab. All of them are friendly and well behaved beings! Please reply to this ad with some info about yourself and any questions you may have :) |
