Master suite is queen size bed with ensuite while upstairs are two single beds and second fill bathroom. This unit a 5 min walk to the sandy beaches of Parksville as well as the gorgeous Rathtrevor Provincial Park. Enjoy Bird watching, whales, boats and wildlife await. Watch the bald eagles soar and enjoy the walking trail that contours the ocean. Walk the beach at low tide for as long as the eye can see. Our 1200 sq foot cottage awaits your stay. Enjoy the open floor plan with high ceilings and big windows to maximize the natural light. A large private deck to enjoy with patio chairs and furniture. A Weber gas BBQ with all utensils is included for your enjoyment. The unit features a large fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Full size washer and dryer in unit included for use. Linens, towels and everything you need is provided to just turn the key and start enjoying your stay. Parking for two vehicles at unit in front and overflow guest parking is included at no cost. Come and unwind at one of the premier gems of Vancouver Island. A 5 min drive to all the city amenities, groceries, farmers markets, wineries, local micro breweries, fabulous seafood locations and restaurants galore. World famous Coombs market is 15 min drive for world delicacies, ice cream, shopping and of course the famous goats on the roof.
