| Room available for summer sublet Looking to sublet 1 room from April 30 or June 1- Aug 31 to a female student. Fully furnished bedroom available in a 4 bed, 2.5 bath house in Oak Bay area. Room includes a twin-sized bed with pullout drawers, bedside table, desk, desk chair, closet, dresser (in closet) and smart tv. The bathroom is shared with one other person (first bathroom pic). Rent is 850$ (utilities included) but may be negotiated About the house: Located a two minute walk away from the bus stop for 15, 7, and 11 buses going to uvic and downtown. ~10 minute bus ride to uvic & downtown. 2 minute walk to save on foods on fort, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and liquor store. 10 minute bus ride to hillside mall. Multiple restaurants and cafe’s in the area. 15 minute walk to Willow’s Beach. The house is fully furnished and has a brand new washer and dryer & all necessary kitchen appliances. All you would need to bring is bedding. You would be living with a uvic student in her third year and two other subletters. Tidy and respectful, looking for roommates who are the same. If looking for a longer term sublet, there may be a possibility for extending into the fall but I won’t be sure until later in the summer. No smoking or pets. References required.
