Street parking only. $1000 per month for single occupancy plus $80 for utilities (heat, hydro, hot water, garbage and recycling pick-up). ½ month security deposit due at time of rental agreement. Clean, quiet and respectful female working professionals only. Please, no - smoking, drugs of any kind, parties, drinking, overnight guests, or pets.
