| Looking for a pet friendly female flatmate for 2 bedroom apartment - AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY • The unit is located close to 6th street in New Westminster. It is in a low rise building. The neighborhood is nice. The unit has a 2 bedroom, a living space and a shared bathroom. My bedroom is smaller. The other bedroom which is for rent has a queen size bed, a desk and a wall closet with mirror. The apartment has basic furniture and necessary kitchen equipment. I have a dog and a cat. • The rent is 2400, which we will split equally (1200, 1200). I have pets however I believe it is fair considering my bedroom is much smaller. There is hydro and internet for utilities which will be shared as well. • I am a responsible professional who is easygoing and respectful. My pets are well behaved and quiet. After I come home, I keep to myself and have a quiet night. • The Columbia Station is accessible via 15 min walk. New West station is also close. There are shops and restaurants available within 5 min walk on 6th street. Close to Douglas College, Walmart and parks. The walk score on Facebook was 97%.
