New Stainless Steel Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher. Current roommate dismantled the daybed frame for preference and can be reassembled. This is a cozy clean furnished 2 bedroom sub-penthouse condo with a shared full bath, kitchen, electric fireplace, living room with wall to wall windows that open up to an amazing private rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Fraser River, Mount Baker Glacier and the Gulf Islands. Just under 2000 sqft total inside and out. BBQ, Fire Bowl and Smoking Permitted on the rooftop terrace:), building has exercise/rec room, lots of green space plus outdoor pool open now. Very close to all amenities: 5 mins walk to Douglas College, Columbia Square (Save-On Foods, Pharmasave, Restaurants), 10 mins walk to Downtown, New West Quay & Skytrain/Busses, 20 mins walk Uptown (Royal City Mall, Moody & Queens Park), 5 mins drive to Patullo or Queensboro Bridge, 30 mins drive to Downtown Vancouver, YVR Airport or East Van, Commercial Drive Community.
