Home has a shared kitchen, dinning area, den, laundry and wifi. As well as some great outside areas. Large patio with view down the lake, bbq area, covered veranda etc. There is no smoking or vaping of anything in the house, and no pets allowed due to allergies. Located in lower uphill Nelson just 3 blocks from Baker St. Rent is $900 plus 1/4 of gas (electric and wifi included in the rent) with a signed 8-9 month rental agreement. |
