Bedding and linens, keyed locking doors, utilities, heat, wifi included, Altogether there are 4 bedrooms, all on the upper floor,. On the main level there is living room with a 65" TV, electric fireplace, dining area and fully stocked kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and stacking washer/dryer . VIU is a 4 min drive, 22 min walk or bus stop a block away that goes directly to the university. There is also a bus from there you can take up to all the shopping in the north end. We have free parking available as well. This is a quiet, safe area, with beautiful Westwood Lake just up the road. No smoking or vaping inside, no parties and no overnight guests.
