Bedding, towels, keyed locking doors, utilities, heat and wifi included, You will share a bathroom with 2 other students. Altogether there are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. On the main level there is a living room with a 65" TV, electric fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a stacking washer and dryer. VIU is a 4 min drive, 22 min walk or bus stop a block away that goes directly to the university. There is also a bus from there you can take up to all the shopping in the north end. There is parking available as well. This is a quiet, safe area, with beautiful Westwood Lake just up the road. No smoking or vaping inside, no parties and no overnight guests.
